On July 17, 2012, three teachers will travel to the Dominican Republic to learn more about the home country of many of their students.  We will talk with teachers, look at schools, meet the families of some of our students, and investigate the flora, fauna, and natural features of this country to connect it with our science curriculum.  Join us on this adventure, via this blog, as we discover the Dominican Republic.  Many thanks to the Boston Fund for Teachers for the funding granted for this trip.
